SUNNEI offers a flexible return policy allowing customers to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Prepare Package

Carefully pack your items in the original SUNNEI packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

Ship Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
